Layaway Program; Deposit of 25% down required, merchandise will be held for a maximum of 90 days, payments must be made bi-monthly, items can not be returned or cancelled.
Shipping Policy
Certain items in our inventory can be shipped via FedEx, as indicated in the product detail. All FedEx fees are based on weight and carton size. If FedEx is unable to deliver your selection due to size, weight or packaging limitations an alternate shipping method will be chosen for you. We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Currently we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. We cannot deliver to APO, FPO, PO Boxes or personal mail boxes.

In-house Delivery
Prior to your delivery, please have the area cleared where your new furniture is to be placed. Set-up of merchandise is not included unless specified on the sales slip (a fee will be applied). Please notify your salesperson if your new furniture needs to be carried up stairs. Furniture will only be brought up stairs if there is a notification on your receipt. We assume no liability for inadequate delivery access. Storage fees will be added to invoice if merchandise has not been picked up or delivered within thirty days after notification of arrival of goods.
Customer Pick Ups
You may place your order on line or at our retail store and then pickup your items. Customers choosing to pick up their purchase are responsible for providing any needed padding and supplies necessary to secure their load. Storage fees will be added to invoice if merchandise has not been picked up or delivered within ten days after notification of arrival of goods. When placing an online order, if you choose pickup, you have the option of picking up your furniture in either store location.
Cancellations
Once you place an order, we check to see that the product is available to the specifications you require, and that all of your shipping information is verified. If you change your mind and wish to cancel an online order that was placed, it must be done within 24 hours. After 24 hours, no orders will be elegible for cancellation. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it also cannot be cancelled.
